10 reasons why fall is the greatest season ever

Comfy sweaters, warm drinks, and explosions of orange, red, and yellow.
Fall is definitely fantastic. The temperature may be cooling down and the days get shorter, but there is still so much to love about the changing seasons. Here are a few reasons why fall is so epic.

Reason 1: The Sundance Chairlift with the in-laws. You haven't truly lived until you have seen the fall colors on the Sundance Chairlift. This needs to be a yearly tradition. I also got to hear the tale of Calvin falling of a chairlift when he was younger. This may not may not explain a lot.

2. Warm sweaters. Nothing is better than hugging Calvin when he wears warm sweaters.

3. Family Fall Hikes
Hiking to Steward Falls is a perfect excuse to bundle up and spend time with family.

4. Zions National Park is the perfect temperature. Plus, the views of changing leaves at the top of Angel's landing is breathtaking.

5. Crunchy leaves. Walking to work is always so much more fun when there are crunchy leaves to plow through. You are never too old to kick up leaves while walking.

6. Flag Football. Calvin and I hosted turkey bowl this weekend. Fall and football go together like bacon and waffles.

7. Apple cider and cocoa
It warms you up from the inside out. Dark hot cocoa and hot spiced cider are my favorite.

8. School. Calvin started his last fall semester of college. This hardworking man is almost done with college!

9. An extra hour of sleep. Daylight savings time is not so bad in the fall. An extra hour of sleep is always appreciated.

10. Apples. Need I say more?
